Our warehouses are located around the world. Order processing usually takes 2-5 days. For domestic orders in the United States it will normally take 7 to 20 business days to ship. For International orders, please allow up to 30-45 business days for your order to ship.

Put the tracking number that we will include when shipping the product, and you can also enter the order number with your email to see the status of the order as well.
Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouse will pack your goods and have it shipped as soon as possible. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your order. You may also come back to our website at any time and visit our Order Status page to find your real-time update of your shipment. If you did not receive your tracking number or have any updates under our Order Status page after 5 business days, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.
We have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.
Yes, for the most part. At checkout you will see whether or not we can reach your country or not. At the moment we support about 100+ countries with shipping.
we are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from usps to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back end charges incurred.
Important: we are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. if you realise you have made an error in your shipping details, kindly e-mail us at email@example.com as soon as possible.
we are also not responsible for failed deliveries due to the addressee not being home during the time of delivery.
After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact our customer support team and request order modifications, change of address, or a cancellation. after 24 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified.
We try our best to ensure product quality and accuracy, but sometimes mistakes happen and we sincerely apologize in advance if/ when it happens. if either of these rare occurrences happens to you, please take a clear photo of the item(s) and email it to us, along with your order number to: firstname.lastname@example.org. once we receive your email and verify the issue, we will get a replacement sent to you right away.
If your item has not arrived within 35 days (45 days for international) after you placed your order, please contact our support team and we will promptly take care of you.
shipping times can be longer for certain countries such as canada, australia and uk, for example. we are currently working on providing quicker shipping times for all of our customers, worldwide, but we do not have an estimated date for when that will be active.
